Tequila Ocho was created to explore and prove the concept of ‘terroir’ in tequila. Ocho only produces batches of tequila from single fields (ranchos) for each vintage. Each tequila vintage from Ocho is a taste of time and place. The vintage year and field name are printed on every label. each estate, or ‘rancho,’ produces a limited amount of agave making each vintage of Ocho both rare and collectable due to the nuances between each harvest.
