Liqueur

The aroma of St Germain is predominantly floral, marked by elderflower and subtle hints of citrus and tropical fruits, which give it a fresh and inviting nose.

On the palate, St Germain is sweet with a rich texture almost syrupy. The floral notes of elderflower are complemented by layers of pear, peach, and a hint of citrus, creating a beautifully balanced profile. The liqueur's body is thick, enhancing its mouthfeel and reinforcing the elderflower's delicate yet distinct presence.

The finish is long, with lingering floral and grape notes that maintain the liqueur's sweet profile and provide a sophisticated and memorable end to the tasting experience.

St-Germain embodies the spirit of Parisian art and culture, particularly inspired by the historic St-Germain-des-Prés quarter, known for its artistic legacy. The liqueur's production involves a time-sensitive harvest of elderflowers in the French countryside, capturing the essence of these blooms at their aromatic peak. This connection to its French roots is evident in its crafting process and the elegant presentation that echoes the country’s chic and sophisticated style.
