Rossi D'Asiago is an esteemed Italian distillery with roots going back to 1868, when Giovan Battista Rossi, a young pharmacist, began crafting elixirs and natural remedies for tourists in Asiago, Italy. His products gained such acclaim that his pharmacy evolved into a dedicated distillery, ultimately becoming known as the highest distillery in Europe due to its location in the Venetian Alps.
