Rooster Rojo is a distinctive tequila brand that reflects the rich heritage and tradition of tequila production in Mexico. The brand operates under Amber Beverage Group and is produced at the Fabrica de Tequilas Finos distillery located in the town of Tequila, Jalisco. This distillery has been operational since 2000 and is housed in a historic colonial building dating back to 1923.
Rooster Rojo Blanco 100% Agave Tequila is characterized by a clear and bright appearance with a nose that is subtle, featuring light notes of ethanol, bread, and white pepper. Some tasters also detect a slight green agave and tobacco aroma. The palate is equally subtle with flavors of cooked agave, hints of citrus, and bell pepper, giving it a smooth and somewhat neutral profile.
