Passion Fruit Liqueur

The aroma of Passoa is predominantly passion fruit, complemented by subtle hints of candied watermelon and citrus. This gives the liqueur a sweet and inviting nose that suggests its tropical origins.

The palate of Passoa is consistent with its nose, delivering a rich passion fruit taste accompanied by sweet citrus and floral undertones. The liqueur is also noted for its light body, making it quite palatable and easy to enjoy either on its own or mixed in cocktails.

The finish of Passoa is sweet with a slight alcoholic warmth, which balances well with the overall fruity and tropical profile of the liqueur.

Passoa is a passion fruit liqueur that was first created in 1985 by the Rémy Cointreau group and officially launched in the European market in 1986. The brand is known for its deep red color and is made using passion fruit juice as its primary ingredient, sourced from Brazil. Initially owned by Rémy Cointreau, Passoa has since become part of a joint venture established in December 2016 between Lucas Bols and Rémy Cointreau. This partnership aimed to further expand the brand's reach, which is now a prominent feature in markets like Western Europe, Japan, Puerto Rico, and the U.S.
