Rooibos Infused Gin

The aroma is heavily influenced by rooibos, giving it a characteristic that resembles a sunlit hay-filled barn, with a complex, earthy warmth.

The taste starts with a soft introduction of dry hay, leading into sweet notes from almonds and orange peel. Midway, a vibrant spice from cassia ignites, spreading across the palate with a fiery presence that's balanced by the depth of the rooibos.

The finish carries the spiciness with an overlay of the rooibos' tea-like quality, resulting in a bitter, yet intriguingly complex aftertaste.
