Tequila Komos Añejo Cristalino is made from 100% Blue Weber Agave, sourced from both the highlands and lowlands of Jalisco. The agaves are roasted in traditional stone ovens and distilled in copper pot stills. After distillation, it is aged in French oak white wine barrels for 12 months. The aging process includes an additional filtration through activated charcoal to remove impurities and achieve a clear color.
Nose:
The aroma is complex, showcasing notes of tropical fruits, citrus zest, white florals, and vanilla. There's also an interesting blend of vanilla, berry compote, flowers, and agave syrup which adds to its inviting nature.
