Knut Hansen Dry Gin is a German gin inspired by the adventurous spirit of the legendary sailor, Knut Hansen. Established in 2017 by Kaspar Hagedorn and Martin Spieker, the brand quickly became known for its distinctive taste and quality. The gin is crafted using 14 different botanicals, including locally sourced apples, basil, and cucumber. The production process involves four-time distillation in small batches and bottling in unique stoneware containers sealed with natural cork. This artisanal approach ensures a refreshing and subtly sweet flavour profile, celebrated for its authenticity and connection to the Hamburg region.
