Dry Gin

The nose of Knut Hansen Dry Gin is dominated by a sweet apple aroma when allowed to open up in the glass. This is complemented by a floral and spicy bouquet, which includes basil and cucumber, though juniper seems to be somewhat understated initially.

Contrary to its sweet aroma, the taste of Knut Hansen Dry Gin leans towards spicy and warm notes. Cucumber adds freshness to the palate, and juniper is also noticeable, creating a surprising and enjoyable flavour profile.

The finish of this gin is spicy yet relatively short. Basil flavours persist to the end, leaving a lasting impression of the gin's herbal complexity.
