White Gin

The aroma of Karoa Cara White Gin is refreshingly aromatic, driven by the coolness of spearmint mingled with the spicy, aromatic depths of cardamom. This pairing creates a nose that is both invigorating and warming, offering a first impression that is as inviting as it is complex.

On the palate, Karoa Cara White Gin delivers a crisp and vibrant taste. The spearmint leads with its refreshing qualities, immediately noticeable upon the first sip, followed by the robust warmth of cardamom which layers additional spicy notes. The gin's body is rich and textured, attributed to the unfiltered production method which preserves the essence of its botanicals.

The finish of Karoa Cara White Gin is clean and lasting, with the cool mint and warm spice slowly fading, leaving a balanced and pleasantly aromatic aftertaste. This finish perfectly encapsulates the gin's dualistic nature—both refreshing and warming.
