Blonde

Johnnie Walker Blonde presents a fresh and gently grainy nose, reminiscent of breakfast cereal, lightly nutty with a sesame cookie note. It has a mild ethanol-driven astringency that gives it a slight touch of heat, creating an approachable and non-intimidating aroma profile.

On the palate, Johnnie Blonde is noted for its sweetness, with primary flavors of butterscotch combined with hints of pepper and nutmeg. This contributes to a simple yet pleasant taste that is somewhat straightforward with a sugary character akin to white sugar or simple syrup.

The finish is short and sweet, with lingering notes that are more berry-like as the whisky rests. This subtle and mild finish makes it particularly suited as a mixer rather than a whisky to be sipped neat.

In 1820, the young farmer’s son started his own grocer’s shop in the thriving town of Kilmarnock. His father had died the year before and the farm sold. It was a tough start in life, but there was always something special about John. A glint in his eye. A fire in his belly. For over two centuries Johnnie Walker has been committed to a spirit of progress, inspiring people to Keep Walking towards a more positive future. Our latest global campaign 'Keep Walking' reflects the energy, words and thoughts of cultural icons and pioneers who share this positive spirit.
