Our identity draws from the heart of the two Premier Crus of the cognac region: Grande Champagne & Petite Champagne. Distillation with the lees concentrates the aromas of our white wines tenfold. Light-toasted fine-grained oak wood barrels preserve our cognac's authentic personality that is celebrated around the world. Founded in 1763, the House of Hine has devoted its care and attention to everything from cultivating its vines in the Premier Cru of Cognac, Grande Champagne, to artfully blending the finest eaux de vie, matured for decades in the House's cellars.

Hine Rare Cognac offers an exquisite and complex sensory experience, distinguished by its VSOP classification. The nose opens with aromatic floral notes of jasmine and acacia, which blend harmoniously with the warmth of vanilla and the fruitiness of dried apricot, enhanced by a touch of spice. This leads into a palate that is both smooth and spicy, with prominent flavours of vanilla, cinnamon, and clove that create a rich, multi-layered taste. Complementing these are subtle notes of dried fruits, adding depth and richness. The finish is elegant and drying, with lasting notes of espresso, leather, and ginger that provide a sophisticated and lingering closure. This VSOP cognac is a showcase of balance and refinement, making it perfect for sipping neat to fully appreciate its delicate complexity.
