Hendrick's Gin, a distinctive brand known for its unique take on the traditional gin formula, was introduced in 1999 by William Grant & Sons, a Scottish family-owned distillery. It was created by master distiller Lesley Gracie, whose innovative approach to gin production has garnered significant acclaim. Hendrick's is produced in small batches using two different types of stills—the Bennett still and the Carter-Head still, which impart different flavor profiles to the gin. This process is complemented by the infusion of cucumber and rose petals, giving Hendrick's its signature flavor.

Hendrick's Gin is distinguished by its unique blend of botanicals and its infusion of rose and cucumber, which give it a distinctively floral and refreshing character. This Scottish gin is crafted using two different types of stills—the traditional Bennett pot still and the more unusual Carter-Head still. The Bennett imparts a deep flavor profile by steeping the botanicals in the spirit before distillation, while the Carter-Head captures more delicate flavors by steaming the botanicals.
