Double Cask

The aroma is complex, beginning with vibrant fruit notes such as peach flesh and green apple peels, and evolves to include chewy vanilla fudge and a hint of salinity. This is complemented by oaky spices and a subtle char, adding depth to the nose.

The palate opens with sweet and oily notes, featuring more fudge accented by powdered sugar. It's robust with a touch of herbaceousness and undertones of German brandy, which add to its full-bodied nature.

The finish is characterized by a sherry influence, bringing forward sweet and dry notes that linger pleasantly, enhancing the overall sipping experience.
