Single Malt

This whisky offers a light and warming aroma with floral and citrus notes, providing a simple yet pleasant olfactory experience. Hints of sweetness and a touch of spice add a subtle complexity.

The palate is characterized by its lightness, featuring flavours of apricot, apple, and walnut, with a creamy texture. However, it is noted for its thin mouthfeel, which doesn't fully carry the richness of its flavours.

The finish of The Major's Reserve is short and unexpectedly sharp, contrasting with its sweet and fruity palate, which might be surprising to some drinkers.

Smugglers turned visionary leaders, brothers John and James Grant founded The Glen Grant distillery in 1840, a landmark moment in the history of Scotch whisky. Their boundless interest in industrial and technological advancements led to the construction of the northern railway. The Glen Grant distillery is nestled in Scotland’s bucolic Speyside region. Rivers brim with cool, fresh water fed by hundreds of natural springs, and the fields boast the ideal conditions for growing barley. That is why Speyside is the undisputed champion of producing premium single malt Scotch whisky.
