Premium Platinum Black

This gin offers a rich aromatic profile due to its diverse botanical blend. The primary scent of juniper berries is complemented by the earthy notes of angelica and calamus roots, and the sweet, slightly floral aromas of chamomile. The inclusion of lemon zest adds a fresh citrusy edge, while the vanilla and cassia bark contribute warm, spicy undertones. Orris root often lends a light floral fragrance that can round out the complexity of the nose.

The palate of Premium Platinum Black is expected to be smooth and well-balanced, reflecting its premium distillation process. Juniper remains at the forefront, providing the classic gin character, supported by the zesty sharpness of lemon and the earthy depth of angelica and calamus roots. The grains of paradise may introduce a peppery spice, enhancing the gin's complexity. Vanilla and chamomile likely mellow the palate with their soothing, honey-like sweetness.

The finish might be distinguished by lingering notes of allspice and cassia bark, leaving a warm and subtly spicy aftertaste that complements the initial freshness of citrus and floral tones.
