Flor de Cana is one of Latin Americas's most prestigious rums, and has won a huge number of awards, medals and commendations in the last few years. It is owned and produced by Compañía Licorera de Nicaragua, which was founded in 1890 (although Flor de Cana was not marketed commercially until 1937).
Flor de Caña 18 Year Old Centenario is a premium Nicaraguan rum, naturally aged for 18 years in ex-bourbon barrels without the addition of sugar or artificial ingredients. It presents a brilliant amber hue and offers a rich complexity of flavors. The palate reveals intense notes of vanilla and spices, complemented by an oaky and extra smooth finish. This rum is sustainably crafted at a 5th generation family estate, located at the base of an active volcano, and distilled with 100% renewable energy.
