Darkness 8 Years Sherry Casks Finish

Toasty and appetising. Fruity, nutty, with a gentle beguiling sweetness.

Toffee sweetness, candied almonds, dried fruits and a lingering savoury sensation.

Toasty, lightly smoky and a sweetness that lasts.

Subtlety, poise and elegance have no place here. Welcome to a new level of intensity and depth. Welcome to Darkness! Every bottling in the Darkness range has been finished at least three months in specially-coopered sherry octave casks. These little rascals are much smaller than your standard butt cask, which makes for a hugely increased surface area to volume ratio, yielding maximum richness and depth.
