Cape Saint Blaize Distillery Floristic Gin offers a delicate and aromatic journey through its botanical composition. The nose opens with gentle aromas of freshly cut flowers and plump strawberries, paired with the intriguing spice of peppered grains of paradise. This leads into a palate that combines the herbal freshness of green rooibos and mint buchu with the rich undertones of honeyed pistachio, fresh black fig, and vanilla, creating an exotic and fragrant tasting experience. The finish is smooth and comforting, featuring a complex blend of saffron, toasted cinnamon, and cardamom, with a sweet touch from candied grapefruit peel, leaving a lasting and soothing impression.
