Classic

The Classic Gin opens with a rich aroma of lime and elderflower, coupled with the fragrant carissa and wild rosemary, creating a fresh and invigorating start. The earthy undertones of freshly cut bark and honeybush add depth, while toasted spices lend a warm background.

On the palate, this gin delivers a bittersweet symphony of flavours. The initial citrus burst is complemented by the sweet and tart notes of caramelized rhubarb and ripe kai apples. Rose geranium enriches the profile, enhancing the gin's floral characteristics.

The finish is long and smooth, marked by a dry and slightly sweet closure that leaves a lasting impression of aromatic juniper and pine, with a final burst of citrus to round off the experience.
