Bulleit Bourbon finishes with moderate length, where oak initially takes the forefront, evolving to develop further into a full-flavored finish. Bulleit Bourbon, often recognized for its distinctive high-rye recipe, is a prominent brand in the world of American whiskey. Founded by Tom Bulleit in 1987, the brand is inspired by a family bourbon recipe that dates back to the 1830s, which Tom's great-great-grandfather, Augustus Bulleit, originally created. The modern Bulleit brand was launched with a focus on crafting a bourbon with high rye content, which gives it a bold, spicy character that distinguishes it from many other bourbons.
