Bombay Bramble

The aroma of Bombay Bramble is notably tart with heavy currant scents complemented by angelica and a hint of spice, giving it a complex and inviting nose that suggests the gin's berry infusion.

On the palate, Bombay Bramble delivers a tart and rather dry experience. It features early notes of cranberry transitioning into mid-palate flavors of juniper, tart raspberry jam, coriander, and a hint of lemon zest. This combination provides a gin character that is both distinct and refreshing, with the tartness of the berries playing a prominent role

The finish of Bombay Bramble is characterized by dry and unsweetened raspberry preserves with a hint of spice. It is notably devoid of sweetness but offers a pleasant balance that makes it quite enjoyable, especially when sipped.
