Founders Collection 18Yr Oloroso Cask

The whisky exudes a complex aroma with upfront notes of nuts, figs, and raisins, combined with a broader spectrum of fruity undertones. This bouquet is indicative of its aging in Oloroso sherry casks, which impart deep, enriched scents.

On the palate, it presents a full and rich texture. Flavors of toffee and dark chocolate are prominent, accompanied by nutty nuances and a silky smoothness. These flavors are a testament to the dual influence of the initial bourbon cask and the subsequent Oloroso sherry cask aging, which adds layers of complexity.

The finish is warm and long, characterized by sherried oak and a well-balanced sweetness. This enduring finish highlights the quality and depth brought on by the Oloroso sherry cask, leaving a lasting impression of refinement and richness.
