Cape Mountain Whisky

Bain's Cape Mountain Whisky opens with a nose that is gently sweet, marked by notes of butterscotch, salted caramel, and a light popcorn character, akin to a young bourbon. This pleasant bouquet sets a welcoming stage for the tasting experience.

The palate is creamy, featuring a pronounced sweetness reminiscent of vanilla custard and coconut, with undercurrents of spice that provide a warm mouthfeel. The overall flavor profile is light yet balanced, with hints of lemon and a subtle green banana note towards the end, adding complexity and a touch of fruitiness.

The finish is somewhat short but memorable, with a returning zest of lemon and a whisper of almond. The spices linger, speaking to the quality and careful crafting of the whisky.
