1920 Brandy

This brandy presents a nose with subtle nuances of vanilla and a slight wooded aroma, enriched by the traditional aging in oak casks. These elements come together to create a smooth and inviting aromatic profile.

On the palate, 1920 Brandy Aguardente delivers a very smooth texture with dominant flavors of vanilla and a touch of caramel, providing a rich and velvety experience. The oak influence is evident but does not overpower the delicate balance of flavors, making it a pleasantly complex sip.

The finish of this brandy is long and lingering, with the sweet vanilla and oak flavors slowly fading, leaving a subtle salty note that adds depth to the drinking experience. This finish encapsulates the essence of its maturation near the sea, contributing to its unique character.

The brand is part of the Carvalho, Ribeiro & Ferreira (CR&F) portfolio, which was established in 1895 by Francisco Ribeiro de Carvalho. CR&F quickly became a respected name in wine and brandy exportation, initially making a mark in African markets before expanding globally. Throughout its history, CR&F has been celebrated for its commitment to quality and innovation in the production of spirits.
