Description
The very definition of poise and balance. On the palate is delicate notes of citrus and young stone fruit, with fresh tropical notes as it opens. Beautifully integrated oak that provides texture, as well as hints of spice and flinty minerality, along with wonderful, subtle toasty notes.
Food Pairing
Very versatile for matching, white fish with beurre blanc or roasted squash with herby ricotta would fit the bill nicely.
