Red Lady

This wine is an excellent pairing for Italian dishes like lasagne or bolognaise.

Our Merlot is a true expression of approachability and immediate enjoyment. Well-drained granite-based soils provide good structure and consentration in the wine.

The grapes were hand-harvested at optimal ripeness, ensuring the preservation of their luscious flavours. The fruit is destemmed and undergoes fermentation in some oak and stainless steel tanks, extracting vibrant colour and primary fruit flavours. After maturation, the wine is blended to ensure a seamless balance of fruit, tannins, and oak influence.
