Description
Deep, intense colour. The nose offers concentrated blackcurrant, black cherry, and plum, layered with graphite, cedarwood, and subtle herbal notes. The palate is rich and structured, with firm, integrated tannins and a powerful yet polished texture. The finish is long, elegant, and persistent.
Food Pairing
Pairs well with Dry-aged steaks, slow-roasted lamb, beef fillet, venison, oxtail, and hearty mushroom dishes. Also pairs with mature hard cheeses and dishes featuring rosemary, thyme, and black pepper.
