Palate: The palate is linear, taut and mineral-driven, shaped by a fine chalk-dust grip and a seam of precise, lime-edged acidity. A delicate saline thread heightens focus and length, while immaculately integrated élevage contributes a faint suggestion of sweet spice and creaminess.
