Description
Colour: Crimson red. Nose: A lifted, cool-climate bouquet of fynbos, tobacco leaf and wild origanum weave through delicate notes of creamy red pastille fruit. Hints of cedar and graphite minerality emerge, lending savouriness and depth, evolving toward a floral, perfumed elegance with black cherry purity as the wine opens. Palate: Juicy red fruit and raspberry brightness on the palate, framed by a subtle herbal thread of origanum and savoury undertones. The mid-palate reveals striking tension and precision, supported by fine, powdery tannins and a core of pure and creamy red fruit concentration. Subtle oak carries through to a long, graceful, mineral-edged finish.
