Description
Colour: Ruby red. Nose: Utterly evocative layers of vibrant red and black cherries laced with crushed white pepper and wild fynbos revealing notes of perfume as the wine opens. Palate: Finesse driven, seamless and pure Syrah, offering attractive violet florals, white pepper, bright red berry fruit, and an element of richness. Well-rounded and beautifully concentrated with a discretely creamy texture and tight chalky structure. The finish is lifted with creamy notes.
Food Pairing
Bolder, warm climate Syrah pairs well with strongly flavoured foods. Slow roasted pork or steak with a blue cheese sauce pair well with full- bodied red wines.
