Food Pairing

Bacon-wrapped blue cheese stuffed dates or a savoury mushroom tart would make the perfect start to your meal followed with a good juicy steak, especially slightly fattier steaks like ribeye and sirloin, slow-braised lamb shanks, venison, ostrich, or duck. Grilled portobello mushrooms, eggplant dishes or a smoky black bean burger are great plant-based alternatives. End your meal with a cheese and nut board especially hard cheese like aged cheddar, gorgonzola, and hazelnuts, or enjoy with fresh berries with zabaglione, a blackberry sorbet, or some dark chocolate
