Description
The wine has a light straw colour with a brilliant pale green edge that catches the light. There is an appealing mix of lemon sorbet, sweet guava skin, and Cape gooseberry on the nose. The palate delivers concentrated flavours consistent with the aromatics, finishing with refreshing crispness and a slight oyster-shell salinity derived from cool maritime vineyard sites.
Food Pairing
This wine is best enjoyed cold on a hot summer’s day. Either on its own or served with grilled chicken, fish, prawns or fresh oysters.
