The beautiful Tokara Wine and Olive Estate is situated in the historic Western Cape region just outside the town of Stellenbosch and is framed by vineyards and olive groves. The estate is a popular destination for wine, food and art enthusiasts.
Description
The wine has a light blush pink colour with a vibrant core. The nose is a medley of sweet ripe red berries including fresh raspberries and strawberries with fresh green melon undertones. The palate is fresh and crisp and bursts with juicy berry flavours on the palate. There is a hint of creaminess on the mid-palate, which leads to a pleasant finish that leaves the palate clean and refreshed.

Drink on its own on warm summer days or paired with a light lunch of salmon trout and a fresh green salad.
