Sauvignon Blanc Semillon

Best enjoyed with seafood and lighter meat dishes.

Handpicked from some of our highest lying vineyards, at between 260 and 280m above sea level with Coarse decomposed granite.

The Sauvignon received skin contact for 24hours before being transferred to old 300L barrels. Half of then fermented granited. The Semillon was destemmed and fermented in old 225L barrels, where it went in to complete MLF and was left without sulphur. Both components were left on lees for 10 months before blending and bottling.
