300 liter oak barrels, 18% new French oak 12 months with no racking

Various parcels, within 3 estate vineyards, were picked separately. Grapes were crushed and destemmed and fermented in open top tanks, with a combination of four punch downs and pump overs daily. Some portions were left on the skins for an additional 3 weeks, before spontaneous MLF in tank. As soon as MLF was completed the various parcels were racked into barrels.
