Description
Tropical fruit on the fore with notes of paw-paw, mango, and apricot roll complimented by citrus notes of lemon, lime and pineapple. The undertones display a bit of shortbread and biscotti. The wine has a smooth entry on the palate with zesty acidity and a balanced coating mouth feel.
Food Pairing
It will complement most fish dishes or can be enjoyed with lighter meat dishes and creamy pasta.
