He received 1x Domaine Marc Morey, Chassagne Montrachet 1er Cru En Virondot 2017. He should have received the following: 3x Hanschke Keyneton Estate Euphonium 2012 3x Dalrymple Estate Cottage Block Pinot Noir 2013 Please could you have the correct order ready for collection on Monday as we need to get the correct wines to the customer asap. A portion of the wine remained on the lees for 3 months and the rest for 6 months, ensuring the wine gains complexity. After tasting and blending trials, the wine was blended, stabilised, and prepared for bottling.

This wine is a blend of several components of Chardonnay grapes from our Estate. This wine was partially tank fermented (unoaked), fermented in 2500 l oak vats and a portion of older small oak barrels. The tank fermented and large oak vat components were inoculated with selected strains of Burgundian yeast, while the wines fermented in small oak barrels were not inoculated and fermentation occurred naturally.
