Description
This is the sort of wine which messes with your head as well as palate! It’s demure and beguiling with its subtlety and fleeting hints of violets but then it switches and flexes its muscles, showing its dark, earthy underbelly and power. There’s succulence and fresh juiciness – but also dry, tannin grip. It’s plush and pliable – yet also firm and structured… shy and retiring but simultaneously eloquent. And that’s engaging for brain and sense of taste.
