Ladoix Le Clou D'Orge

Suitable for elegant fish dishes, chicken and vegetarian dishes.

The vineyard is about 20 years old and has been managed by Louis Jadots since 2007. The grapes are harvested by hand and placed in small baskets so as not to be crushed.

The wine is stored for about 15 months on lees before it is bottled.

The grapes are then gently pressed and fermented in oak barrels from the own barrels (1/3 are new barrels).
