Delicious matched with some slow-roasted Rosemary Lamb.

Vines planted in weathered granite topsoil on a layer of gravel, above a crumbly clay sub-soil. Yield of 5 tons per hectare.

Aged separately in French Oak Barrels for 28 months before being selected by the winemaker and blended together.

The three cultivars are vinified separately.
