Description
The Izak Reserve 2018 is rich in flavour and aroma intensity. Packed with cherry and ripe berry flavour with barrel ageing characteristics. Fully extracted and deep in intensity. There are so many flavours found within a glass of this wine that if it is tasted over the course of a long dinner it will change dramatically from the first glass to the last. Flavours of dark fruits such as blackberry and blueberry with cassis and spice are just some of what you may discover in this wine.
Food Pairing
In its youth this wine is best enjoyed with a rich meal such as beef or game, but as it ages it will soften and will go well with lamb and all by itself Roasts Lamb Steaks Stews.
