The harvest season can be summed up in two different stages. After significant winter rains, the 2019 crop looked extremely promising leading up to February, though slow ripening periods and colder weather in March proved challenging towards the end of harvest. Despite a smaller crop, the 2019 vintage delivered on quality and flavour concentration, creating a perfect balance of acidity, sugar, and elegance.
