The grapes used for this wine is from our younger Grenache vineyards, which at this stage in their life, are perfect to produce this lovely fresh and dry Rose.

The grapes are placed, whole bunches, into the press. Juice is then extracted and allowed to naturally settle in a settling tank for 24 to 48 hours at 10 degrees Celsius. The clear juice is then racked to a fermentation vessel, 70% in stainless steel and 30% in older oak barrels, where spontaneous fermentation takes place. After fermentation the wine is left on its lees for about six months, before the wine is naturally stabilised for bottling.
