Description
South Africa is renowned for producing outstanding Chenin Blanc, and this wine is a prime example from the Breedekloof region. Grapes from older vineyards add depth and complexity. The wine boasts vibrant stone fruit aromas, while the palate offering a delightful blend of summer fruits and citrus.
Food Pairing
Go East – Indian, Thai, Malaysian and Vietnamese food go brilliantly with my Chenin and I love this broad palate of flavourful foods with this wine, especially when the protein is chicken or pork. Vegetarian curries are also a natural fit, as are soft cheeses like Brie or Camembert.
