Dark ruby red. Spices, red berries and delicate oak aromas. Round soft tannins. Aromas of raspberry, blackberry and vanilla. Balance between scarcely perceptible acidity and tannins which add ageing potential and softened by long ageing in oak.

Deep ruby red with violet tinges. Spices, red berries and delicate oak aromas. A powerful and tannic wine. Aromas of blackcurrant buds and vanilla. Licorice and spicy finish. A racy and seductive wine. A perfect wine for putting down.

Complex and perfumed, with notions of earthy black fruits, licorice and roasted meats, it possesses sweet tannin, medium to full-bodied richness and a great finish.

96 Points - Robert Parker 95 Points - Wine Spectator 18.0 Points - Jancis Robinson 95 Points - Decanter

14.50% alc vol Sugar g/l: N/A
Type: Red Blend, Red Wine Maturation Potential: 15 to 25 years
Origin: Rhône Appellation: Châteauneuf-du-Pape

Winemaker's comments:

Nearly black in colour. The nose is very delicate and powerful at the same time, with red fruit, blackcurrants, blackberries, spices, thyme and lavender. The bouquet is very elegant, rich and round, with figs, cherries, blackcurrants and stewed fruit, all with great acidity. The tannins are present but very delicate.

Cultivar:

100% Viognier

Rating:

96 Points - Robert Parker 95 Points - Wine Spectator

Specifications:

13.50% alc vol Sugar g/l: N/A
Type: White Wine Maturation Potential: 3 to 4 yrs
Origin: Rhône Appellation: Condrieu

Winemaker's comments:

Riper, richer and even more concentrated than the Combe de Malleval, it has awesome white peach, honeyed tangerine, white flowers and crushed rock to go with a seamless, elegant, full-bodied and mouth-filling profile on the palate. One of the vintage's greatest successes, it will drink well for 3-4 years.

Cultivar:

70% Sémillon, 30% Vermentino

Rating:

90 Points - Wine Spectator

Specifications:

12.50% alc vol Sugar g/l: N/A
Type: White Blend, White Wine Maturation Potential: 2 to 3 yrs
Origin: Provence Appellation: Côte de Provence

Winemaker's comments:

Very light gold colour. The powerful and expressive nose is a blend of ripe fruit aromas, such as vineyard peach, notes of sweet spices (vanilla, aniseed, and cardamom), and floral hints of lily. Dry with roundness of ripe almost honeyed fruit, and finishes with a crisp lively freshness. The Blanc de Blancs 2014 is a vintage that maintains a fine balance between aromatic complexity and vitality.
