The wine region of Sancerre is situated 200 km South of Paris, undulating at an altitude between 200 and 400 metres. The Loire on the Eastern side of the hilly environment creates a relatively temperate microclimate for the wines.

Selective parcels on argilo-calcerous ground.

15 months maturing in barrels, a third of them being new. Tasting of each and every one individually, bottled without filtration.

Food pairing

This wine would work supremely well with game such as deer and chocolate desserts.
