Tasting Notes:

Brooding, dark berry, pencil shavings and black pepper aromas meets one as the glass swirls around. It is deep centred with a full ripe mid palate of berry compote. Earthy and solid - not clumsy. The surprisingly soft, integrated tannin structure lingers on the tongue, with a whiff of cinnamon floating away.
