Very nice dark ruby colour with an open and attractive nose, rather classic but simultaneously complex and "unusual". Well balanced in the mouth with soft tannins, nice rythm and typical Côte de Nuits architecture. Very lively aromas with nice mineralilty.

Chambolle-Musigny is one of the most famous villages of Côte de Nuits. This appellation is rather small. The "Drazey" vineyard is located next to Sentiers and Baudes.

The very stony soil is composed of limestone with gravels. It is East and South-East oreinted.

The grapes are destemmed. Fermentation takes place in open vats during three weeks.

Matured in oak barrels for about a year.

Food pairing

This wine will match very well with filet-Mignon, tournedos steak, as well as small game and many types of cheeses.
