Tasting Notes:

Delivers fresh red fruits with creamy undertones of dark berries and pleasant floral notes. The wine shows incredible freshness with a perfect balance between palate texture, lightness on the palate and length.

Red Cherry
Red Cherry

It is unique because it is made from vineyards specially selected for our Bloos and fermented after the blend was made up in juice form. The delectable shy maiden. The first South African Rosé made from the five Bordeaux varieties.

Vineyards situated at an altitude of 200-297m. Well-drained soil; good water retention. Important percentage of clay in topsoil.

Minimal skin contact of up to 4 hours; gentle pressing from selected vineyards combined with bleeding off 10% juice from premium red cultivars.

Fermented and matured with French oak alternatives for 4 weeks; further maturation on secondary less for 1-3 months and monthly less stirring.

Food pairing

Enjoy with balsamic strawberry salad with goats cheese.
