Discreet nose, on the black fury. The mouth is ample, with a nice concentration and spicy tannins. Juicy and gourmet, the Cuvée Sous Roche is supported by a subtle and elegant weft.

Henri and Gilles Buisson 's vineyards are carefully tended, with a focus on low yields, judicious treatments of chemical products and hand harvesting. Converting to organic viticulture from 2009, the Domaine Henri and Gilles Buisson received the certification in 2012.

The vines are grown on limestone soils on the marl of Saint- Romain. Grapes are harvested by hand and are certified organic.

Alcoholic fermentation occurs by means of natural yeasts. Malolactic fermentation occurs in barrel.

12 months in French oak barrels of which 10% are new and the rest are 1-6th fill barrels.
